All earrings come with surgical stainless steel posts or gold plated/gold filled metals, everything being hypoallergenic. I test all styles on myself before I sell them to make sure they are sensitive ear approved.
Shipping turnaround time is 5-14 days. During holidays expect a 14 day turnaround time. I typically get pieces out within the first 5 days but life happens! Thank you for being patient :)
Since all earrings are individually handmade, there'll be slight differences such as color, size, and texture. No two pairs are exactly the same.
Not to be submerged in water, but when cleaning it’s perfectly fine to rub gently with a soft, wet piece of cloth. If you own a white or light colored pair of earrings and you get makeup stains on them, nail polish remover will clean it off. Treat these earrings gently just as you would any other piece of jewelry!
Store in a clean, dry place. Use of oils, creams, perfumes etc may affect longevity.
May break if dropped or bent. Be gentle!
All pieces are final sale. If your piece arrives broken from transit or proves to be defective within a 72 hour period, I will be happy to replace it or give a refund once I’ve received a photo of the item. Refunds and replacements will not be given out for personal error (lost, stepped on, bent etc...) & if you would like a replacement it will be charged accordingly to the style.
Beaded accessories are very delicate and should be kept in their duster bags when not in use for proper storage.
